Payment

How payment works: accepted cards, currency, prepayment schedule and refunds.

How payment works

1. Proposal. After a short call we send a written proposal: scope of services, date, price in EUR and payment schedule.
2. Deposit 1/3. Once you confirm, we issue an invoice from ODESSENSE LTD and a payment link. The non-refundable deposit reserves your date.
3. Balance. The remaining amount is paid before the event date, by the due date stated in the invoice.
4. Receipt. You receive an invoice or receipt by email for every payment.

Pay by card

Card payment (Visa, Mastercard)

Card payments are processed by a licensed payment service provider over an encrypted connection, with 3-D Secure authentication. We never see or store your full card number.

Accepted payment methods

• Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards - via a secure payment link.
• Bank transfer (SEPA or SWIFT) to the account of ODESSENSE LTD stated in the invoice.

Currency

All prices, invoices and payments are in euro (EUR). If your card or account is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate.

Security

Card payments are processed by a licensed payment service provider over an encrypted connection. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3-D Secure (for example, in your banking app). We never see or store your full card number or CVV code.

Refunds

The deposit of 1/3 of the total fee is non-refundable. If you cancel, the amount retained depends on how many days before the event we receive your notice. If we cancel, you receive 100% of what you paid, including the deposit. Refunds go back to the same card or account within 14 days. Full details: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
